Serves: 2; Prep: 5 Mins; Cook: 8 Mins
1. Put the oats and salt in a medium saucepan and pour the water over them. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium–low and simmer, stirring regularly, for 5–6 minutes, or until the oats are thick but have a dense pouring consistency.
2. Stir in the cream and stevia. Spoon the oatmeal into two bowls, top with the pumpkin seeds and blackberries, and serve immediately with a little extra cream for pouring over the top.
